Strength Training
Strength training is a great way to really push your body to the limit. We can use strength training to augment muscle growth, or, in an isolated instance, to improve athletic performance related to strength, like powerlifting. Form is incredibly important as you look to add more weight to your lifts, and I’ll be there to provide guidance and a spot to ensure your safety.
Cardio and Full Body Conditioning
Cardio and full body conditioning are great ways to help burn calories, boost metabolism, and improve your overall health. This can be used to support weight loss and athletic performance or simply improve your overall health and fitness. There are a variety of ways we can work different types of cardio and conditioning into your program and this type of training can be an excellent tool to help your meet your goals.
Athletic Performance
Athletes should be doing sport specific movements to ensure they are optimizing their training sessions for better performance. I’ve worked with elementary, middle school, high school, and D1 college athletes to help take their game to the next level. We will customize your programming to be most effective for your particular sport(s).
Muscle Building
Building muscle isn’t a sure fire formula and is different for everyone. If you’re looking to build muscle, we’ll work to continually challenge your muscles to deal with higher levels of resistance and weight while making sure your body is appropriately fueled to support muscle gain.
Flexibility, Mobility, and Balance
Although an often overlooked part of a training program - flexibility, mobility, and balance are key to reaching any health or fitness related goals. I leverage this type of work in all the training programs I create. Even if these aren’t your main goals, working on flexibility, mobility, and balance will optimize the other aspects of your training program and protect you from potential injuries.
Weight Loss
Weight loss can be achieved by utilizing various types of training and nutrition techniques. Working together, we will identify a strategy that’s best for you to encourage healthy, long-lasting weight loss. My goal is to help you find a training style you enjoy and a nutrition plan that encourages you to develop healthy habits that will positively impact your lifestyle going forward.

Welcome, everyone! I’m Gabe Gentle, the proud owner of Jonavation Fitness. As a personal trainer, my passion is to guide my clients towards healthier lifestyles. Everyone is unique which is why I take a consultative approach to personal training, building custom plans based on the health, schedule, and fitness goals of each of my clients.
I’ve been a trainer since 2015 and have been fortunate enough to work alongside chiropractors, physical and massage therapists, yoga instructors, and more. This has given me a truly holistic view of health and fitness. I’ve worked with individuals ranging in age from 10 to 80 years old. I pride myself in versatility and have experience creating plans for D1 athletes to geriatric clients.
